  Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - 1992

The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential is the professional designation for management accountants and financial managers. Certification takes the management accountant beyond the practical accounting skill set to a strategic business partner. It is awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

  Certified in Financial Management (CFM) - 2003

The Certified in Financial Management (CFM) credential provides an in-depth measure of competence in areas such as financial statement analysis, working capital policy, capital structure, valuation issues, and risk management.  It is awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Alabama, 1987 -        Inactive

The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is licensed by each state and is qualified in audit, tax and accounting principles.  Less focus is placed on internal financial reporting and planning than with the designations listed above.
